Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Returns due to change of mind or preference are accepted, but the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Do not send your item back to the manufacturer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@almidat.com within 48 hours of receiving it. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
In these cases, return shipping is free. We will provide a prepaid return label via email.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank – processing time may delay posting.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective.
If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at info@almidat.com.
Return Instructions
To request a return, please email us at info@almidat.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
Important Notes
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
- All returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping service (unless a prepaid label is provided).
- We do not guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.
